1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities between MyKetoBrain (the “Company”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate”). By participating in the MyKetoBrain Affiliate Program, you agree to promote the Company’s products and services and abide by the terms set forth below.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promotion: The Affiliate agrees to actively promote myketobrain’s products through various marketing channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Compliance: The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates must also follow the Company’s promotional guidelines and policies.
3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on the paid subscription of each end user referred to myketobrain.
- Payment Terms: Commission payments will be made monthly via the preferred payment method of the Affiliate.
4. Tracking and Reporting
- Notifications: Affiliates will receive E-Mail updates from myketobrain to monitor their sales and leads.
- Reports: The Company will provide regular performance reports showing the sales generated and the commission earned.
5. Term and Termination
- Term: The Affiliate Agreement becomes effective as of the date of acceptance and will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Affiliate breaches any terms and conditions.
6. Confidentiality Both the Company and the Affiliate agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the duration of this Agreement.
7. Liability The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be settled under Swiss law.
9. Amendments and Miscellaneous
- Amendments: myketobrain reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Affiliate in writing.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the full understanding between myketobrain and the Affiliate, and they supersede any prior agreements or communications.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by participating in the MyKetoBrain Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
